Corn Bread Casserole Name: sissy burke Base: ft hood Recipe: Ingredients 1 can of Creme Corn 1 can of Whole Corn (drained) 1 box of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix 1 egg 1 16 oz. tub of sour creme Grated Chedder Cheese for top of casserole Procedure Pour Corn into bowl Then dump in the corn bread mix The one egg, beat first before adding Still all ingrediantstogether until well blended Then put into a 9x13 casserole dish Spred out the grated chedder chesse over the top ( I put about oh say a cup or so..just enough to cover) Then dab on sour cream...in the 4 corners and then one in middle (this should be plenty) This can be doubled; great at BBQ's Then put in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes
