Easy Chicken Pot Pie!

Recipe: 1 can (10 3/4 ounce)*any cream of chicken condensed soup (regular or fat free.) 1 package (9 ounces) of frozen mixed vegetables thawed. 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey. 1/2 cup of skim milk. 1 egg. 1 cup all purpose baking mix. cracked black pepper & seasalt to taste. Mix soup, pepper,salt,veggies & chicken in a 9 inch pie plate. Mix milk,egg & baking mix in a regular size bowl,make sure all the lumps are gone while mixing. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour over chicken mixture, bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
