2 tablespoons butter or 'I Can't Believe Its Not Butter.'
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.
1 can (10 3/4 ounce)*condensed cream of chicken soup.(regular or fat free type.)
1/4 cup of cold water.
2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
cracked black pepper to taste.
Hot cooked pasta.
Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken till all the pink is gone from chicken.
Add, pepper, soup,water,lemon juice and garlic.
Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or till chicken is done.
Serve over pasta.
Serves 4.
