Fried Potatoes
Ingredients:
4-5 medium size potatoes
butter 2-3 tablespoons
garlic powder or real garlic
salt 1 tsp.
pepper 1 tsp
all purpuse seasoning 3 tsp.
onion powder or real onions
Directions:
Cube or dice up potatoes, I leave the skin on mine.
Have all other ingredients melted with with butter in the skillet first. Once peotatoes are gettig brown they are getting done. Also a good idea with the potatoes is to cut them in half before you dice them and heat in the microwave for a couple minutes. It makes the cook time on the skillet a lot quicker. All of my spice ingredients i eye it when I put it in the skillet. So theres not really a measurement.
These are so yummy my son and husband love them on a saturday morning when Mom has time to make them.
