Recipe: |
4 (7 or 8-inch)flour tortillas.
1/3 cup peanut butter, any brand will do.
1 cup of chopped apple cored & seeds taken out.
1/4 cup low-fat granola.
Spread peanut butter over each tortilla.
Sprinkle with apple and granola.
Tightly roll up tortillas.
Cut in half.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap & pack in insulated containers for lunches or serve as an after school snack.
Makes 4 servings.
