3 cans kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans
1 can corn
1 large or 2 small cans condensed tomato soup
1 packet chili seasoning
1 lb ground beef or turkey
Brown ground beef, drain and rinse beans. Put all ingredients into a large pot (or microwaveable container).
Simmer for 20 minutes on stovetop or 10 minutes in the microwave. If chili is too thick, just add a bit of water. Serves a large family (we have 5 kids!).
Super easy, very nutritious, and inexpensive, too! A great idea for those cold winter nights. Goes great with cornbread, or add cheese. Use your imagination (and leftovers)!
