Chicken Broccoli au Gratin |

This is a very tasty and fairly quick receipe, serve with boiled rice and heat and serve rolls.
1 BBQ chicken
250gms of broccoli (8oz)
10.5 oz can Cream of chicken soup
4-5 Spring onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon paprika
black pepper (to taste)
Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
Remove chicken meat from carcass. Cut into large pieces.
Cook broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain. Refresh in cold water.
Combine chicken soup, spring onions, curry powder, sour cream and pepper in a bowl.
Place the broccoli in a large, greased baking/casserole dish. Top with the chicken.
Pour over soup mixture. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and paprika.
Bake in a moderate oven (350) for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy! |
