Parmesan Bow-Tie Skillet.

Recipe: 3 cups of bow-tie pasta,*cook pasta in salted water for approx.10-12 minutes,drain pasta. 1 jar(14 oz.)of spaghetti sauce*any spaghetti sauce will do. 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese. 1 cup of shredded low-moisture-partskim mozzarella cheese, divided. 1/4 cup of parmeasan cheese,divided. add salt & cracked black pepper for taste. Combine pasta, salt & pepper, sauce & ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of parmeasan cheese in large skillet or sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes till throughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings.
