No Bake Pumpkin Pie
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 cup Milk
2 packages (4 serving) Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 can 16 oz. Pumpkin
½ tsp Ginger
¼ tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 oz Cream Cheese softened
1 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 ½ cups thawed Cool Whip
Pour 1 cup milk into bowl, add pudding mixes and beat until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Mixture will be thick. Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk- mix well. Spread in bottom of crust. Mix cream cheese, milk, and sugar in bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping and spread on top of pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream and nuts if desired.
