Rotel Sausage Cheese Dip

1-can rotel tomatoes, drained,
1-larger size box velvetta cheese,
1-roll of ground sausage, browned and well drained,
tortilla chips

Brown Sausage and well drain, cut velvetta into chunks and put in larger microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute at a time, stiring after each minute till cheese in melted, add rotel tomatoes and browned sausage stir well and eat with chips. This is good for partys. After microwaving you can pour all in a crock pot to put temp on keep warm or low. This keeps the cheese soft and good to go. Enjoy. it will go fast, very good. |
