Ingredients needed:
Pre cut steak strips
Bacon
Pre sliced mushrooms
Onion
Philly cream cheese (room temp.)
Mayo
Hoagie Buns
Lots of napkins
Chop bacon in to med. size pieces and place in large skillet. do not cook until crispy and do not drain. Place steak strips in to skillet with bacon. Cook over med heat for 10 min. While that is cooking chop onion in to strips. Add onion and mushrooms to steak and bacon mix. Continue to cook over med. heat uncovered for 10 min.
Mix philly cream cheese with mayo and spread over toasted hoagie bun. Spoon steak, bacon, onion, and mushroom mix onto hoagie bun. Cut in half and enjoy.
