Hot Caramel Apple Cider.

Recipe: 1/2 gallon of apple cider. 1/2 cups of brown sugar,packed. 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of cider vinegar. 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract. 1 4-inch cinnamon stick. 6 whole cloves. 1 orange,sliced. *Optional to use if you want:1/2 cup of apple jack liquor for adults only. **Garnish with 1/3 cups of caramel ice cream topping. Combine all ingredients **except topping in a slow cooker. Cover,cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours, strain & discard spices and orange. Serve in mugs, drizzle a teaspoonful of topping into each mug. Serves 16.
