Base: McGUIRE AFB, NJ.
Recipe: 3 (11-oz.) cans of sweet corn & diced peppers,drained. 1 (7-oz.) can green chilis-chop up chilis. 1 (6-oz.) can chopped jalapeņos-drained,& chopped: *keep some of the liquid in a bowl to add for taste later on. 1/2 cup of green onion,chopped. 1 cup of Mircle Whip or mayonnaise. 1 cup of sour cream. 1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. 16-oz. package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. ************ 1 bag of any kind of corn chips. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for an hour or two. Serve with corn chips for scooping. Makes about 6 cups.
