Marinade:
2 Tbsp Tequila
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
zest of 1 lime
juice of one lime
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
pinch of cumin
pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Marinade chicken for 8-12 hours. Grill for 8-10 min per side, until juices run clear. Serve with guacamole, rice, and beans.
