Recipe: |
1 can of chicken in water drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg cream cheese room temp.
1 TBLS. lemon juice
Mix all together.
2 Pkg. Cresent rolls
Open cresent rolls and leave 2 cresent rolls together to form a rectangle. Put a heaping spoonful of chicken mixture on one side and fold over other side of cresent roll to form a puff or pocket. Reapeat for both pkgs of cresent rolls. Should make 3 puffs per pkg 6 puffs total. Bake in oven at 350 till puffs are nice and golden brown.
Very very good. Can add a can of peas to it also so it is a all in one meal.
