180 gr. bowtie pasta (or shell pasta)
1 container cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
mozzarella cheese
salt
pepper
origano
garlic podwer
olive oil
Boil some water in a pan with a little salt. Then put the pasta in the water and boil it for 11 min.
In the meantime cut the tomatoes in small pieces cleaning the seeds from them. Cut the mozzarella cheese in small cubes (approx. a quarter inch) and put both of them in a bowl. Add the spieces(salt, pepper, oregano, garlic) and the olive oil (about 3 spoons).
When the pasta is ready, drain the boiling water, and set the pasta aside. Put the ingredients of the bowl in the pan while it's still warm and add the pasta. Stir for a moment so the mozzarella cheese will melt a little bit. See if you need some more olive oil and enjoy it! |
