Recipe: |
1 cup flour.
1 tespoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon of seasalt.
1 egg,beaten.
3/4 cup cold water.
juice of 1 lemon,*strained.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Make a well in the center and add liquid ingredients.
Stir until smooth.
Makes sufficient amount for two pounds of fish fillets. |
