Mini-Meatloaves Parmesan.

Name: TERRI DISHMAN
Base: McGUIRE AFB, NJ.
Recipe: 1lb.of lean ground beef. 3/4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup of chopped onion,(anykind will do.) 1 egg lightly beaten. 1/4 cup of water. 1 jar (26 oz.)of marinara pasta sauce. 1 (6oz.box) of spaghetti cooked and drained. Mix well together the: beef, onion, 1/4 cup of cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup of marinara sauce and water. Make 4 small oval loaves. Coat nostick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat, add the loaves cook until browned. Add 1 cup of marinara sauce over loaves, cover; over medium heat for 15 minutes. Again,top with 1/2 cup sauce & the rest of the cheese over the loaves & cover till cheese is melted approx.5 more minutes. Boil spaghetti in a large pot of salted water for approx., 10-12 minutes till spag.,is fork tender, drain. Top meatloaves over spaghetti,add chopped parsley for garnish.
