Snow Crab filled Cucumber Rolls. |

Recipe: |
1 large cucumber.
1~6.5 ounces of Snow Crab Meat from a can or fresh crab.
4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise.
1~1/2 teaspoons of Onion,finely grated.
1 large pinch of sea salt.
1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
5 drops of Tabasco sauce.
Cut the ends off of the cucumber and cut into 3 pieces. Remove seeds, making a large cavity in each piece of cucumber.
Mix snow crab, mayonnaise, onion, salt, sugar and Tabasco. Stuff into cucumber pieces.
Wrap cucumber in plastic wrap and chill.
Slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
