1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S French Fried Onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
Crush fried onions in a plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. until cooked through.
(If you enjoy the onion taste, you can substitute breadcrumbs with the fried onions in any recipe.) |
