Recipe: Easy Rocky Road Fudge *********************************************************** 1-12 ounce bag semi sweet Chocolate Chips, 1-16 ounce container of Chocolate Icing, 1 1/2 cups mini Marshmallows, 3/4 cups Chopped Nuts, I use walnuts, *********************************************************** Prepare pan as describe below. Put Chocolate chips in sauce pan and melt unto smooth on low heat. Remove from heat and stir in icing until smooth, add Marshmallows and nuts. Stir until well mixed. Spread into a square 9 inch pan that has been lined on sides and bottom with aluminin foil and lightly buttered. Place pan in refrigerator and chill for one hour, remove from pan by lifting out foil, remove foil and cut into squares. Can add a 1 ounce box of Raisins in with the marshmallows and nuts.
