You will need 1 large bok choy or chineese cabbage, shredded, a bunch of scallions diced. mix those together. In a saucepan mix together, 1/4 cup rice vinager,2 tbs soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup sesame oil. boil together for 1 minute. In a skillet, heat oil and add a crumbled package of ramen noodles excluding the seasoning packet. Brown in the oil. Add a 1/2 cup of almonds and brown some more. Combine everything all together and toss. This is such a tasty salad! Enjoy |
