Recipe: This Recipe is great for Vegetarians its quick, easy, and delicious! What you need: -original small fritos -canned pinto beans -thin sliced lettuce -cut up tomatoes -shredded cheddar or mexican mixed cheeses -green taco sauce (i use La Victoria) first get a small bowl (soup bowl is best) layer the bottom of the bowl with fritos, be careful not to put too many. Then go ahead and cook the pinto beans in the microwave until tender, while cooking them go ahead and chop up your lettuce and tomatoes, and if you didnt buy the premade shredded cheese then shredd your cheese as well. once beans are done layer a small amount of beans over the fritos in your bowl then add the cheese and lettuce and then tomatoes and top it off with the green taco sauce. You can also add hamburger meat to it if you like but only a small amount or it will be overloading. This recipe would be great for Appetizers during a football game or just a great meal when you dont have much time or not in the mood for cooking a whole meal, its very fulling. so enjoy!
