Cheesey Potatoe Soup

Recipe: SOUP: 4-5 Potatoes 1/2 block velveeta cheese 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon granules TOPPINGS: green onions real bacon bits or cooked bacon butter Fill pot with water (not to the top). Bring water and chicken granules to a boil. While your waiting on the water, wash potatoes and cut into quarters, do not peel. Boil potatoes until they are soft, then add the velveeta cheese. Stir as you add the cheese. Serve in a bowl and top with green oinions, bacon, and butter or you can use what ever sounds good to you. I have discovered that it is easier to use the Real Bacon Bits that you find on the shelf or if you choose you can cook some bacon and then chop it up for the topping.
