Pina Colada Smoothie (non-alcoholic)

Recipe: 1 cup (8 oz) vanilla lowfat yogurt 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (in its own juice) 1/2 cup coconut milk (unsweetened) 1/2 cup milk (or fat free) Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately. 2 servings. This is a gratifyingly healthy breakfast drink, but you can have it anytime! Serve it to the kids; they'll love it! Note: freeze any leftovers in popsicle molds for a yummy smoothie pop later.
