1 large box instant chocolate pudding, plus ingredients to make pudding
1 8oz tub cool whip (or lite or fat free), thawed
1/2 package oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
whole oreo cookies, for garnish, if desired
Make pudding according to directions on package. Once it's set, gently fold in the cool whip until mixture is light brown with very few streaks. Gently fold in crushed oreos. Serve immediately in individual bowls (with cookie garnish if desired) or refrigerate until ready to use.
This is so easy, and so yummy! You can even dress it up for company by serving it in margarita glasses with a cookie garnish. Add a fresh mint sprig for color. |
