CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
INGREDIANTS:
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1 1/2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER
4 CUPS CONFECTIONERS (POWDERED) SUGAR
1TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
DIRECTIONS:
1. COMBINE BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER, CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, VANILLA
2. CREAM INGREDIANTS TOGETHER AND KNEAD WELL
3. MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER LOW HEAT
4. ROLL DOUGH INTO 1 INCH BALLS AND DIP INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE CHIPS TO COVER
5. REFRIDGERATE OVERNIGHT ON A COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH WAX PAPER |
