All you need is a box of yellow cake mix(any brand will do), two cans of cherry pie filling, and a stick of butter. First melt the stick of butter in the microwave and melt it. Add the butter and the box of powder cake mix in a bowl and stir together. The mix should still be like powder with butter. Leave that to the side of a few minutes and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the pie filling to a cake pan and siply sprinkle the cake mix and butter over the top. Cook 15 minutes or until the cake batter on top is golden brown. This is a quick recipe to fix for a party when christmas and thanksgiving are just around the corner. |
