1 lb. Oreo Cookies
1/3 cup margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
2-8 oz. cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding (or 2 small pkg. and 3 cups milk)
2 cups milk
Crush cookies and reserve 1/2 cup (for top). Mix crumbs with 1/3 cup melted margarine. Press into 9x13 ungreased pan. Refigerate 1 hour. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Stir in 8 oz. cool whip. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mix milk with pudding, pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 15 min. Top with 8 oz. cool whip and reserved crumbs. |
