Cowboy (tatertot) casserole

Recipe: large bag of tater tots 2 lbs (browned) ground beef 1 lb cheese (grated) family size can of campbells cream of mushroom soup ** makes two 11x9x2 inch casseroles** heat oven to 375 mix browned ground beef and cream of mushroom soup and spread in bottom of both pans next layer with cheese top with tater tots (carefully lined to assure even cooking) cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. uncover and cook for 10-15 minutes longer and serve I always make two so my husband has some for lunch the next day. we are a family of 6 and we lways have left overs because this is very filling dinner (and the kids love it)
