1 lb browned, drained ground beef
2cans drained Sweet Peas
1.5C Shredded cheese
6C prepared Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350.
In a casserole dish, layer Ground Beef, Sweet Peas, 1C shredded cheese, Mashed Potatoes and top with remaining half cup of cheese. Bake 30mins or until the mashed potatoes are slightly golden and cheese has melted.
*Season Ground beef with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
Serve with a tossed salad.
