Beef Stake Pinoy Style

Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of beef (round, sirloin or tenderloin), sliced 1/4-inch thick 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Water 4 tbsp. calamansi (or lemon) juice minced garlic chopped onions (into rings) potato thin sliced *salt and pepper (optional) Procedure: 1.) put the sliced beef in a pan, mix with soy sauce and water. add some salt and pepper if desired (taste if the sauce is too salty add more water depends on your taste). let it boil until the sauce thicken. 2.) if the sauce almost thicken add the calamansi (or lemon) juice. (taste if its too sour add little bit soy sauce or water) 3.) in a separate pan fry the sliced potato. set aside 4.) put a little bit of vegetable oil in a pan. fry garlic and onion. if the garlic turns to brown add the beef. 5.) if its brown add the cooked potato. served with hot white rice.
