Recipe: 1 lb Hamburger 1 Small Vidalia Onion 2 Cans Light Kidney Beans 1 Can Dark Kidney Beans 1 Can Diced Tomatoes 1 Large Can Tomato Juice 1 Package McCormick Chili Seasoning 1 Package McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning 1 Beef Boullion Cube Dash of the following: Chili Powder, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder Brown hamburger in skillet, add in chopped onions after the hamburger is browned sautee for few minutes. Combine the following in the crockpot: Light and Dark Kidney Beans, diced tomatoes, tomato juice, both packages of chili seasoning and the added seasonings. Stir. Add in the meat and onion mixture. Let it cook for about 3-4 hours on high. Add in the beef boullion cube. Cook for about 3-4 hours on low. Serve with cheese, fritos, or crackers. Serves: 4-5 adults
