Creamy Dreamy Potatoes

Recipe: Peel, dice and par boil desired amount of potatoes for casserole dish of your choice. Drain par boiled potatoes. Pour drained potatoes into casserole dish. Add to the potatoes the following: Sautee one (1) chopped onion in butter until carmelized. Add flour to onion to make a thick paste. To the paste, add enough milk and one (1) can of condensed Cheddar Cheese soup to make an adequate amount of sauce to cover potatoes. Once sauce is thickened sprinkle some shredded cheese (of your choice) over potatoes and pour sauce on the potatoes. Lightly fold the sauce into the potatoes as to not break the potato up. Season as desired. Cover casserole with Italian Style Bread Crumbs if so desired or sprinkle with more shredded cheese. That's it. Enjoy this dreamy dish!
