Recipe: 1 small head of Cabbage (chopped in large chunks) 2 potatoes (cubed) 2 small yellow squash (cubed 1 med. onion (chopped) 2 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1/4 section of red/green bell pepper (chopped) 1-2 teaspoons of chili powder (heaping) 1 teaspoon of chopped red chili peppers (cayene) 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or to taste 1/2 cup of rice (brown or white) 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 tsp. Imitation Bacon Bits optional black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a large pot and slow cook for 1-2 hours. Is great with corn chips, corn bread or hot rolls. This is a complete meal.
