Italian Chicken

Recipe: Use boneless & skinless chicken breasts (one per person) Adobo seasoning Italian dressing Remove fat from chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle with Adobo - about 1/2 teaspoon per breast Coat with Italian dressing and let marinate for at least 1/2 hour covered with plastic wrap in bowl in fridge. This allows time to prepare a salad and/or side dish for chicken. I usually make with frozen peas and rice. Transfer chicken and marinade to skillet and cook until chicken is cooked completely. Squeeze lemon or lime over chicken before serving.
