In a skillet, just brown two pounds of Italian Sausage (Hot, Sweet and/or Mild it's your choice)over Med heat.
Quarter the sausage links. Place meat in crock pot and cover with 32oz of your favoite jar or homade tomatoe sauce. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours, low for 8-10 hours or until meat is throughly cooked. Serve over buttered pasta, rice, garlic or plain Italian bread. |
