PineApple Pie

Recipe: 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in syrup (big can) 2 8-9" graham cracker pie crust 2 (3.5 ounce)small boxes package instant vanilla pudding mix (One big one will work). 1 16oz sour cream 2 8oz Cool Whip (or Big one) In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, dry pudding mix. Stir well, then add sour cream. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Chill before serving. Garnish as desired. Put cool whip on top Enjoy! Makes 2 pies.
