Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter -- softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2.In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.
3.Beat at low speed,until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes). 4.Shape rounded tablespoons of dough into 1-inch balls.
5. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned. 7. Cool 5 minutes; then roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
8.Eat and enjoy!!
