Recipe: 1 pkg dried "15 bean" mix 5 c chicken broth or water+bouillion equivalent 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped 1 ham hock optional: 1-2 c ham (chunks or shredded) Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Adjust amount of liquid as necessary for your size slow cooker. Before serving take our ham hock take the meat off and put meat back in cooker. Stir. Serve. Makes 6-10 servings.
