Ham and Cheese Breakfast Souffle

Recipe: HANGOVER SOUFFLE 2 CUPS FINELY CHOPPED HAM (FOOD PROCESSOR!) 2 CUPS SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE 12 SLICES TOASTED WHITE BREAD ½ CUP MAYO 1 TEASPOON MUSTARD 6 EGGS 2 ½ CUPS MILK SALT, PEPPER AND CHIVES Combine ham, cheese, mayo and mustard, mixing well. Divide the mixture between 6 slices of bread, make sandwiches, cut into triangles (4 triangles each) Place point up in a 9 x 13 glass dish. Make two rows of ten by four across. Beat eggs, add milk and herbs. Pour over the sandwiches and cover. Put in the fridge overnight. Cook in preheated oven at 350 for about 45 minutes to one hour, until the top is brown.
