1 large can refried beans
1 16 oz container sour cream
diced onion
diced tomato
taco spiced shredded cheese
diced japaleno peppers (optional)
Large Bag of Scoops or other style tortilla chip
Pizza Pans (I buy aluminum so easy clean up)
Makes enough for 2 pizza pan size dips, takes about 10-15 minutes to put together.
Mix about 1/4 cup of the sour cream with the refried beans (makes them easier to spread)
On the pizza pans, layer the bean dip/sour cream mix, then the straight sour cream, then minced onion, then japaleno (if using), then tomato, then cover with as much cheese as you'd like. Serve with tortilla chips or doritos. Yum! |
