Tri-Tip Tacos

Recipe: TRI-TIP TACOS 1 Medium sized Tri-Tip roast or if on a tight budget most any roast will work! (this will feed about 8-10 people, if you are feeding more just use a larger roast) 2 Packets of Taco Seasoning (any brand) If larger roast add more seasoning. Taco Shells (your preference) Garnish with...Green Onion, Sour Cream, Diced Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese,or anything else you like on tacos! In The Crockpot... 1) Place about 1 cup of water in the bottom of the crockpot so the meat will not dry out. You may have to play with this a couple times to get the right consistency. Too much water will won't affect the taste but it will be super messy. 2) Place Roast 3) Pour both packets of Taco Seasoning over the roast 4) Cook overnight on low *Before serving, shred meat* Usually a couple forks will do, the meat will be very tender and should fall apart easily. Serve just as you would do for regular tacos This also freezes great, and can be re-heated in the microwave for another time. ENJOY!
