Parmesean Meatballs

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 3/4 Cup Parmesean cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp. dried parsley dash of pepper 2-3 tbs butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp basil 1/8 tsp oregano 15 ounce can of tomato sauce Cooking istructions: Combine beef, cheese, eggs, parsley and pepper and shape into approx. 40 meatballs. Melt butter in a large shillet and cook meatballs untill all sides are brown. You can also broil them instead of frying. place broiler on 350 for 10 min then turm them over for another 10 min. place in a crock pot or a casserole dish suitable for the oven. Combine tomato sauc, garlic, onion powder, basil and oregano. Pour over the meatballs, stirring gently to coat them. Turn crock pot on low for 1 to 4 hrs or bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Comments: These make a great snack or you can cook it with pasta and make a good meal. Can be used as a low carb meal also.
