Recipe: 3 English muffins 60g / 2 oz cream cheese 90g / 3 oz cooked ham 200g / 7 oz tomatoes 1/2 onion pepper, salt 120g / 4 oz Gouda cheese or favorite cheese 30 g / 1 oz cocktail tomato Use 1 English muffin per serving / person, cut in half. Put in the toaster on the highest setting. After toasting the English muffins spread cream cheese on each half. Cut the ham slices into quarters to better fit the muffins. Put on the muffins. Cut the tomatoes into slightly thicker slices. Put 1 slice on top of the ham. Cut the onion in half and slice it thin. Put on top of the tomato slices. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Top each muffin with a slice of gouda cheese. Put under the grill / broiler (using the middle rung) for about 8 minutes.
