1/8L (5oz) milk
1 eggs
1 tbsp rum
Salt
3 apples
40g (1.5 oz) margarine, unsalted
3 tsp sugar

Melt the margarine in a coated skillet. Put half of the slices into the dough to cover them completely. Then fry the slices on medium heat for 5 min. until golden. Put them on a paper towel to drip of excessive fat. Melt remaining margarine and fry the second half of the apple slices. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Serve warm.
