this is a recipe i came up with once, when i pretty much literally ran out of food before payday lol i looked into my cabnets lol all i had let was a bag of egg noodles, a couple cans of cream of mushroom soup and a pack of beef stew meat in the freezer lol.
So i thought to myself this all i have got right now i bet i could make emough to have left overs for a few days till payday gets here.
It actually turned out pretty good lol.
directions well their isnt any solid ones as i said i just grabbed what was in the cabnets and started cooking lol
but here goes....
you need
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 package egg noodles
1 pack of cubed beef stew meat (only 2 or 3 dollars at the grocery store)
put noodles in hot water set to boil (add butter so they wont stick)
while noodles are boiling put beef stew meat in a pan and cook (salt and pepper to taste or have fun with it and add spices that you like)
when meat is cooked and noodles are done add noodles to the meat with a can or 2 of cream of mushroom, let cook until all is hot and ready to serve..add more salt and pepper if needed after adding the cream of mushroom.
recipe is good when your down to your last little bit before payday i ended up actually liking it soo much i make it now ever once in awhile even when my cabnets and freezer is well stocked lol. |
