Peppermint Bark Name: patti osteen Base: reitred Recipe: Peppermint Bark ********************************************************* 1-cup finely chopped peppermint sticks or pieces, not crushed 2-pounds white chocolate, melted 1-2 teaspoons of peppermint extract, add 1/2 teaspoon at a time to taste. *********************************************************** Add peppermint extract to melted chocolate and stir well. Add peppermint pieces and mix well. Spread onto wax paper lined cookie sheet, spread till about 1/2 inch thick. Refridgerate till harden, break into pieces, store in air tight container in fridge.
