Recipe: 2.5 pounds chicken wings 2 cups all-purpose flour oil SAUCE: 1 cup shoyu 1/2 tsp mirin 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 stalk green onion 3 cloves garlic, crushed Preheat oil in deep fryer at 350 degrees. Dip handfuls of chicken in flour and fry until golden brown. Drain. Gently dip chicken in sauce coating evenly not to soak. ENJOY!!
