Quick Chili Name: Donna Copeland Base: Kaneohe MCB Hawaii Recipe: Put the following ingredients into a dutch oven or large size crock pot. (1.)2 lb. cooked ground beef (2)1 pkg. of McCormicks Chili Seasoning (3) 1 clove crushed garlic (4) 1/2 cup chopped onions (5) 1 can stewed tomatoes (6) 2 cans Chili beans (7) 2 cans dark red kidney beans (8) a few dashes of tobasco sauce if ya like it spicy simmer together for about 15 minutes in the dutch oven...or warm for about 3 hours in the crock pot. In Hawaii they serve their chili over rice and p/s they throw in a few tablespoons of sugar.
